Nestled in the foothills of the Absaroka Mountain range in southwestern Montana, neighbors gather and bask in the afternoon sun at Ray and Marge Sundling’s Reverse C-K ranch after a long day of moving cows.

Ranching is often a solitary and lonely way of life and any occasion or job that calls for a gathering of friends, neighbors and family to help is a welcomed one. These cowboys take a moment to enjoy the simple pleasures of a Big Sky afternoon and the camaraderie of neighbors.
